These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all sales of products made on the website: www.maisonfeelgood.com

The products sold include, in particular:

  • jewelry
  • bags
  • hats
  • belts
  • shoes
  • accessories and related products
  • gift sets
  • tableware
  • interior decoration objects
  • furniture
  • artistic pieces

Orders can be placed by customers located in Madagascar or internationally .

Any order placed on the site implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions .

3. Products

The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible.

However :

  • Slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur depending on the screens used or the production batches.
  • Product photographs are not contractually binding.

Handmade products

Some products are handmade .

Slight variations may therefore exist from one product to another.

Maison Feel Good guarantees:

  • the authenticity of his creations
  • their handcrafted production in Madagascar

4. Price

The prices of the products are indicated:

  • in the currency displayed on the site
  • excluding delivery charges (unless otherwise stated)
  • All taxes included or excluding taxes depending on the country of delivery

The Seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time .

However, the products will be invoiced based on the price in effect at the time the order is validated .

5. Order

The order is considered final when:

  • the customer confirms their shopping cart
  • The customer accepts these terms and conditions.
  • Payment is confirmed

After validation, a confirmation email is sent to the customer.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of:

  • of previous dispute with the client
  • suspicion of fraud
  • of demonstrably erroneous information

The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to:

  • to the carrier
  • to the customs authorities

c) Delivery costs

Delivery costs are specified before order confirmation .

8. Receiving the products

The customer is required to check the condition of the package and products upon receipt .

In case of any anomaly (damaged product, missing or non-compliant product), the customer must inform customer service as soon as possible after receipt .

9. Right of withdrawal (international customers)

In accordance with applicable regulations in the European Union, customers residing in the EU have a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Where permitted by applicable local law, this withdrawal period may also apply to international customers.

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

  • custom products
  • worn or used items
  • items returned without their original packaging
  • products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error attributable to the Seller.

10. Return Policy

If a product is delivered damaged or defective , the customer must contact customer service as soon as possible, providing:

  • the order number
  • photographs of the product

After analyzing the request, Maison Feel Good will be able to offer:

  • a product replacement
  • a repair
  • or a refund

11. Taxes and customs

For international orders, any customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

These fees are determined by the authorities of the destination country.

  • from the misuse of the products
  • temporary interruptions of the website

The Seller's liability is limited to the amount of the order in question .

13. Personal data

The personal data collected is processed in accordance with the site's Privacy Policy .

The client has, in particular:

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before any legal action.
