1. Delivery times

Madagascar:

• 48 hours if the Talisman* is in stock
  
• 2 to 4 weeks if the Talisman* is not in stock
  

International delivery:

• 8 business days if the Talisman* is in stock
  
• 3 weeks if the Talisman* is launched into production
  Shipping is provided mainly via DHL or UPS (additional charges apply at checkout).
  

2. Delivery costs

Fees are calculated automatically based on:

• the destination,
• the chosen carrier
• the weight and volume of the package.

Shipping costs for each destination are displayed at the time of ordering.

3. Package tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with:

• the tracking number,
  
• the link to track your package in real time.
  

4. Returns

Return conditions:

• The Talisman* must be new, unworn and in its original packaging.
  
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective Talisman*.
  
• Personalized Talismans* or custom-made products are neither refundable nor exchangeable, except in the case of a proven defect.
  

Procedure :
Send a request to: customercare@maisonfeelgood.com indicating:

• your order number,
  
• the reason for the return,
  
• photos if the Talisman* is defective.
  

5. Refunds

Once the return is validated, the refund is made within 5 to 7 days to the payment method used for the purchase.

6. Disputes

In the event of a dispute relating to delivery or return, jurisdiction lies with the courts of Antananarivo.
