These terms and conditions apply to all sales of accessories (jewelry, bags, etc.) on www.maisonfeelgood.com made by MAISON FEEL GOOD, represented by CORPORATE & CO, NIF 3001921611, RCS 2015B00263, whose registered office is at Loft Feel Good, Module 21, Zone Afriport, Tanjombato, Antananarivo 102, Madagascar. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Order and payment

The order is confirmed after payment is validated by card, bank transfer, or via the provided payment link. Prices include 20% VAT, applicable only in Madagascar, and are quoted in euros. International delivery takes eight (8) business days if the item is in stock and three (3) weeks if it is in production. Delivery takes 48 hours in Madagascar if the item is in stock and two (2) weeks if it is in production. International shipping costs are additional and vary depending on whether the item is shipped via DHL or UPS.

Returns and disputes

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for defective items. Accessories are covered by a 1-year legal warranty, provided the care instructions are followed. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Antananarivo.
